COCONUT BURFI

Coconut Burfi

INGREDIENTS

Coconut powder (desiccated.coconut)       -      1½ Cups
Condensed milk (milkmaid)                           -      ½ Tin
Pink colour                                                        -     A few drops
A silver sheet (varak)                                       -     1 (Optional)

METHOD

► In a flat dish spread coconut powder and microwave for 2 minutes to dry roast the Coconut.

► Add milkmaid. Mix well. Divide into two parts. To one part add pink colour.

► Spread white part in the tin. Top with the pink part.

► Decorate with silver sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into pieces for serving.
